Uttara Motors Limited is the official distributor of Bajaj Motorcycles in Bangladesh, and there is a rumor circulating that the Bajaj Pulsar N160 will soon be launched in the country, making it the first bike model to be released in 2023.
The Bajaj Pulsar N160 is a smaller displacement version of the Pulsar N250, powered by a 164.82 cc, air- and oil-cooled single-cylinder engine. It is Bajaj’s entry in the highly competitive 160 CC segment.
Unlike the existing Pulsar NS160’s mill, the N160’s engine was developed around the same time as the Pulsar 250’s engine. It produces 16 hp and 14.7 Nm of peak torque, which is not class-leading, but it is competitive with the motorcycles at the top of the segment.
The N160’s bodywork is identical to the N250’s, which is a good thing, with design highlights like the headlight cowl, sculpted fuel tank, and the way the side and tail sections merge. Other design elements, such as the floating panel on the front mudguard, the frost effect inside the LED taillight, and the black chrome 3D Pulsar logo, demonstrate Bajaj’s attention to detail. Additionally, the exclusive colorway of this variant makes it even more attractive.
Bajaj has set its sights on the 160cc segment again, and the Pulsar N160 is an interesting and impressive entry. It appears to have been built with the intent of targeting the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V, which is currently the best 160cc motorcycle on the market. They fall in the same price bracket, so we can’t wait to conduct a comparison test.
